Terms & Conditions

Room rates are inclusive of full English Breakfast and VAT
We require a £50.00 deposit  per room upon confirming all room reservations.

Cancellation Policy

During our peak season and in the unlikely event of a cancellation, should we be unable to relet the allocated room (or rooms), the deposit will be non-refundable. Should we receive a cancellation less than 24hours before arrival the full room charge will be incurred.

Pets

As an animal friendly establishment, we allow pets to stay overnight. There will be a charge of £10 per night for each pet.
