    Our dining room accommodates up to 60 guests seated, and our drawing room up to 40. Both stylish rooms have direct access to the terrace and gardens, offering the perfect scenario should you wish to stretch your legs or take in the fresh air. For a more informal function, up to 120 guests can be catered for at a buffet-style reception, using the drawing room, dining room and lounge.

    Both rooms feature an abundance of natural daylight and high, ornate ceilings to ensure participants are as productive as possible. Equipped with broadband and access to all the latest equipment, with a flexible layout to tailor the venue to your requirements.


    Located 15 minutes from Brighton and 1 hour from London, we are easily accessible for your delegates, whilst the privacy of the surroundings give your meeting or event the ‘away-from-the-office’ feeling it requires.
